It seems so self-explanatory and obvious when Google tells about CUJs – almost like watching the smooth strikes of a tennis player at the US Open thinking “Well\, I could hit a ball like that – once at least”. However\, the devil is in the details. \n\n\n\nTo understand how to spin that CUJ ball\, I’ll sit down with Javier Andrés Bargas-Avila\, UX Director at Google. Javier has been a UX research leader at Google for over 13 years and spearheaded the implementation of Critical User Journeys for several products at Google. \n\n\n\nAgenda \n\n\n\n1.
