It seems so self-explanatory and obvious when Google tells about CUJs – almost like watching the smooth strikes of a tennis player at the US Open thinking “Well\, I could hit a ball like that – once at least”. However\, the devil is in the details. \n\n\n\nTo understand how to spin that CUJ ball\, I’ll sit down with Javier Andrés Bargas-Avila\, UX Director at Google. Javier has been a UX research leader at Google for over 13 years and spearheaded the implementation of Critical User Journeys for several products at Google. \n\n\n\nAgenda \n\n\n\n1. What are Critical User Journeys and why should you use them?2. A blueprint for finding and prioritizing CUJ3. How to turn CUJs into a product roadmap4.
