The site reserves the right to accept or reject submissions at its discretion.
Decisions regarding inclusion will be based on relevance, accuracy, and adherence to the community guidelines.

Accuracy and Authenticity:
Submitters are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of the event information provided.
False or misleading information may result in rejection of the submission and potential suspension from future submissions.

Privacy and Data Protection:
Personal information collected during the submission process will be handled in accordance with the site's privacy policy.
Submitters consent to the use of their provided information for the purpose of event coordination and communication.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
Event submissions must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Submitters are responsible for ensuring that their events do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

Indemnification:
