Cognitive Walkthroughs

While Cognitive Walkthroughs have been done for decades, many UX professionals today are unfamiliar with what they are and how/when to conduct them. In this 90-minute workshop, attendees will learn about Cognitive Walkthroughs vs. Streamlined Cognitive Walkthroughs, when Cognitive Walkthroughs can be helpful, and tips for running a Cognitive Walkthrough. We will also run an abbreviated Cognitive Walkthrough during the session so attendees can experience and participate in a walkthrough. This workshop is geared toward UX professionals with limited experience running Cognitive Walkthroughs who want to learn about the method and best practices for running a successful walkthrough. (Workshop limited to a maximum of 10 attendees).
