How can you be sure you found the best solution to a user problem? There are so many options, but you need to make up your mind and be confident you picked the right solution to build by the dev team.

Our host, Dr. Bryan Rill, will teach you techniques how to pick the best solution to a problem and spot usability issues. Bryan, a lecturer at UC San Diego with +20 years of user research experience, is perfectly positioned deliver the right balance between theory and practice.

This is the third module out of four covering fundamental research skills for product managers.

Goals for the module:

2. Identify usability issues before sending to dev
3. Weave it all together into a business case

Bryan is the founder of Rill Insights, a product research & design agency located in California. He has established and scaled user research practices in numerous companies, small and large. He infuses his deep on-the-ground experience with academia teaching prototyping & design at UC San Diego.
