Not all companies have in-house research teams. Even those that do often rely on the insight of advisors and consultants. This world of UX agencies and research consulting is the focus of this Hotline.
Practitioners in this space are exposed to diverse clients, industries, and research questions, giving them a unique perspective into the world of UX.
Joining us on the Hotline is Tom Satwicz, who for nearly 15 years has worked in the consulting and agency industries, both as a practitioner and executive. He brings not only experience and insight from time as a UX consultant, but also a research leader who has built and scaled an impactful team.
Tom has worked with a range of organizations from established tech companies like Facebook, Microsoft, and Amazon to non-profits like Committee for Children.
