Want customers to love your product – and keep coming back? 💡

You’ve probably heard of the Kano Model—the go-to framework for classifying features into Must-haves, Performance boosters, and Delighters. And let’s be real, it’s the Delighters that set great products apart. But here’s the big question:

👉 Which Delighters should you build to create deep emotional connections with your users?

To answer this, I’ll be joined by Nesrine Changuel, the creator of the Delight Grid 🎯. Her framework helps product teams strike the perfect balance between functional and emotional motivators. As a former Google & Spotify product manager, she knows exactly how to build features that don’t just work—they wow.

Agenda

1. The Kano Model & why Delighters matter
2. How functional & emotional motivators shape user attachment
3. A deep dive into the Delight Grid
4. Q&A – your chance to ask Nesrine anything!

Key Learnings

Nesrine will share a powerful framework to help you prioritize Delighters and build a portfolio that keeps users hooked.

About Nesrine

Currently the Career Lab Director for the Product Management track at ESSEC Global MBA, Nesrine has worked on products like Google Meet or Spotify’s video features, thereby bringing video podcasts to millions. She’s also been a lecturer at INSEAD and Product School, guiding the next generation of product leaders.

Despite what many might think, getting to the heart of user experiences isn’t easy. It’s a cerebral adventure that requires preparation, innovative methods, artful interviewing skills, sharp analysis, and empathy.

This two-part workshop will show you the massive difference between customer and sales calls versus proper user research, teach you about the primary tools and processes trained professional researchers employ, and why. We’ll also discuss what goes into effective research plans, why plans are critical, the key to crafting research questions that unearth meaningful insights, and much more.

This workshop uses a combination of engaging lectures. and interactive in-class exercises. Ample time for Q&As is incorporated and questions are strongly encouraged.
